Meet Shannon Williams

Shannon Williams, Community of Practice Fellow for Community Colleges with the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge at Civic Nation.

Shannon Williams is the Community-Based Learning Coordinator at Inver Hills Community College in Minnesota, where she leads the campus voting coalition and voter engagement programs, supports faculty in curricular community engagement, advises the Volunteer Club and Student Senate, supervises a team of student employees working on civic and community engagement programs, and directs the Student Food and Resource Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.

Outside of work, Shannon loves going to concerts, painting, traveling, and spending time with her two young children and partner.  She resides in St Paul, MN.
