HOW ARE INDIVIDUALS RECOGNIZED
The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge (ALL IN) awards educators and students for their outstanding contributions to improving college student democratic engagement. The awards are presented to individuals from campuses participating in ALL IN.
ALL IN’s Champion Awards for Standout Support for Nonpartisan College Student Voting are given in the following categories:
- Campus Administrator
- Faculty Member
- President/Chancellor
- Collegiate Athletic Coach
- Local Nonpartisan Partner Organization
- Local Election Official
- Campus Nonpartisan Student Voting Group or Effortudent Voting Group
Awards are presented to individuals in recognition of their exemplary leadership in helping students form the habits of active and informed citizenship. Winners:
- Demonstrate an exceptional commitment to improving civic learning, political engagement, and voter participation.
- Work to make democratic participation a core institutional value.
- Provide leadership and work collaboratively with others beyond their own program or department.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and programming inside and outside of the classroom.
- Advance the mission of the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge.
Rules for Nominators
- Nominators are welcome to submit multiple nominations; to submit multiple nominations, a separate nomination form will need to be completed for each award/nominee.
- Nominees can nominate themselves.
- Nominees must have an affiliation with a participating ALL IN campus or nonpartisan, nonprofit partner organization that works with the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge and its campuses.

Members of an award selection committee select the award recipients and awards are presented biennially at the ALL IN Awards Ceremony.
