Meet Reddgo Long Jr.

Reddgo Long, Jr., is the Program Manager for the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge at Civic Nation and has extensive experience in advancing nonpartisan democratic engagement, civic learning, and community partnerships.

Prior to joining ALL IN, Reddgo held roles across higher education and national nonprofit organizations, including consulting for the Carnegie Elective Classification for Community Engagement, supporting a national virtual refugee resettlement program at World Relief, and coordinating grant-funded civic and community engagement initiatives at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He also served as the youngest president in the history of the NAACP New Hanover County branch.

Reddgo earned his BA in Recreation, Sports Leadership & Tourism Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, his MEd in Higher Education – Educational Leadership from Liberty University, a post-master’s certificate in University and College Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and his EdD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
